The SOAR Fox Cities Online Store operates on a monthly fulfillment cycle. At the end of each cycle, the store temporarily closes (don't worry, just for a day or two), processes orders and reopens for the next cycle of shopping.
Orders typically are ready within two weeks after the cycle closes.
Despite our best efforts, sometimes items are unexpectedly out-of-stock. If that's the case, no worries! We will refund you promptly.
Because these are printed per order, there are no refunds on incorrect sizes. Please double check your size selection before placing your order.
